Outdoor yoga class in Boulder, ColoradoThere are few better ways to spend a summer evening in Boulder than practicing yoga outdoors in the mountains, surrounded by a welcoming community, live music, and the sound of Fourmile Creek flowing nearby.

This summer, Adventure Yoga returns to A-Lodge Boulder for its sixth season, bringing together outdoor vinyasa yoga, live DJ sets, local food, and post-class community gatherings in one of the most beautiful settings near Boulder.

Hosted on the lawn at A-Lodge Boulder, Adventure Yoga combines the energy of a festival with the mindfulness of a yoga practice. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto a mat for the first time, these all-levels classes offer an opportunity to move, breathe, and connect while enjoying Colorado’s mountain landscape.

Outdoor Yoga in Boulder Canyon

Located just minutes from downtown Boulder, A-Lodge provides a unique setting for outdoor yoga. Classes take place on the lawn beside Fourmile Creek, surrounded by canyon walls, pine trees, and fresh mountain air.

Instead of practicing inside a studio, participants can enjoy an immersive outdoor experience that reflects the adventurous spirit of Boulder. The natural setting creates a relaxed atmosphere where movement, nature, and community come together.

Each class features an all-levels vinyasa flow, making the series accessible to both beginners and experienced practitioners.

Live Music from DJ Dan Dasana

One of the elements that makes Adventure Yoga so unique is the live soundtrack provided by Dan Dasana of Zen Audio.

Known for creating uplifting and immersive soundscapes, Dan mixes live throughout each class, blending music and movement into a one-of-a-kind experience. The combination of yoga, nature, and live DJ energy creates an atmosphere that feels equal parts practice, celebration, and summer gathering.

Stay for Food, Drinks, and Community

The experience doesn’t end when savasana is over.

Each ticket includes a complimentary beverage after class, giving participants an opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy the evening with fellow yogis and outdoor enthusiasts.

The Huka Sushi food truck will be onsite after every event, serving fresh food for those looking to refuel after class. Guests are encouraged to stay, enjoy the music, and take advantage of the community atmosphere that has become a hallmark of the Adventure Yoga series.
For many attendees, the post-class gathering is just as meaningful as the practice itself.
