Center of small town. Everything is in walking distance. We got the king two room suites. It has two beds. One queen and one king. The mattresses are the memory foam and new. No bedbug covers on them but they are clean. The house was not rented and the standard rooms were not rented. You have no person on site to contact if you are having issues checking in with your room code or whatever. You have to call. You cannot leave a message but keep calling until someone picks up. We were all blown away at just how perfectly the home met our needs! I am so thankful Asa was able to accommodate my last minute booking for one night with an early check-in. To be honest, I was beginning to think my idea for a quaint last night of vacation was not going to work out. After a week filled with one adventure after another, we wanted a place where we could all be in the same place (rather than different cabins or hotel rooms) so we could relax, play games, share stories from our adventures and just enjoy our last night in CO. The home was impeccably decorated with vintage and modern pieces that made it feel like we were visiting a relative rather than staying in an Air BnB. The beds were so comfortable and every thing we could possibly need was provided.   The Rock Garden next door was a great place for a quick supper and the home was well insulated so the music from the garden never disturbed our conversations. I only wish we were staying more than one night! But, alas, it was time to head back to Texas and enjoy the memories we made in Colorado.

Everything was perfect! The staff was incredible, both helpful and friendly. I accidentally booked for the wrong amount of people and they were so helpful with getting it fixed, they also helped with early check in and were incredibly accommodating. We struggled finding our room and the manager asked us if we needed help — he ended up walking us to the door, even helped carry some of our stuff, he was so nice! The cherry on top was the bedding, no joke, the most luxurious bedding I’ve ever experienced, my boyfriend and I ended up buying a set after our stay 😂 a true five star experience!

We just stayed overnight and didn’t expect much.  To our surprise we arrived at a quaint mid mod style apartment.  We had been out in Estes for a day of Atv riding, sore as heck, laid in the bed and couldn’t get up, it was a cloud cradling my body.  The kids went for a walk down Main Street, which is right out the front door.  When I had a question the response was fast and helpful.  Wonderful hosts, beautiful town, great location! Quaint AIRBNB that I recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lyons. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive.  The beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept on. Hot tub, horse shoes, fire pit were an added extra bonus. I Loved staying here. 10 star

Check in process seamless. Received a text where the room was, wi-fi password, and door code. Loved the room. Has everything I needed, and I can honestly say, it was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I received a “check in” text every day, ensuring everything was going smoothly. The window covering over the sink was missing and Michael replaced it immediately. I’m a traveling nurse and work in the area a few times a month. The food at the venue is amazing !!! Their chicken sandwiches are delicious as are their hamburgers and other selections. I highly recommend eating there and enjoying the relaxed chill vibes of this unique outdoor venue. Overall it was a cool spot! Live music next door. We stayed here for one night. Really the location is about all it has to offer. Parking is super close to building so you get noise of people coming and going. Windows don’t lock. Room definitely has a musty/moldy smell. Shower is disgusting! Outlets wouldn’t hold anything in. We had a fantastic time during our stay at Alodge Lyons.   We rented the big house, small house and the five motel rooms for our family to stay for my daughter’s wedding at Planet Bluegrass.  The location was very convenient and the staff were awesome (shoutout to Asa, Chandler and Mike)!!  While the bathrooms are small, all the rooms had very comfortable beds and bedding. The A-Lodge and everyone who works here is a gem! We are sad to only have been able to stay one night because it is a wonderful property. The bed is so comfortable, there's cold a/c, full kitchenette with everything you need from a coffee mug to a can opener, the check-in is a breeze because everything is texted to you, and they have a food/beer garden. A-Lodge Lyons is my new favorite little gem for getting out of the city! I loved my stay and honestly, it stood out in all the best ways: Location (truly unbeatable), Communication from the team (super responsive via text), Cleanliness, Convenience, and major Cozy Vibes. I stayed in the single queen room with bunks — nothing over-the-top fancy, but super cute and comfy. After a long day of hiking, that queen bed (and the dreamy pillows + sheets) felt like sleeping on a cloud. Price was very reasonable, and I never had any issues with neighbors or outside noise. Went to Lyons for the weekend and our friend booked us at the A Lodge. A sweet old charming space. My criteria’s when traveling…comfortable bed, clean place…had those and more!!!  Hot water and great shower, food trucks and bar next store and fabulous customer service. Walking to everything you need.  They have it all together. We hosted a company retreat here and the folks at A-Lodge went above and beyond to work with us on the logistics, rooms needed, and timing. So very appreciative of all the help and the amazing location! Our stay was booked during the Stone Canyon fire. The owner/management of the hotel was very communicative and we felt safe and well connected during the evacuation and subsequent uncertainty. The hotel is very cute and the family room with the bunk beds was perfect for us. The location is great and we would definitely book another stay if we are in the area again. The town of Lyons is adorable and the hotel is in walking distance from a coffee shop and the St Vrain Market where they have great, well priced sandwiches. My team and I stayed here while coordinating a wedding in Lyons. We loved the location and walkability to everything in Lyons. The Monday night open mic that we chanced upon was chill and fun. The room itself was a bit small and cozy for 3 people, but it served us well for our purposes. The bunk bed was a bit squeaky, and the only reason for taking one star off is that we did find some tiny little mites in the bed. I absolutely loved my stay here! The room was so cozy and homey, I wish my stay was longer. I really enjoyed that our room had a stove so that we could cook our meals vs. eating out every day. Staff was great with communication via text, keypad to access the room was awesome too. My boyfriend really enjoyed the beer garden that is on the premises. We were attending a wedding near Estes and wanted to find a potentially cheaper option for lodging. We rented the two bedroom unit and it was so cute with fun retro style.  The beds were very comfy and the location is great —-right on the Main Street. They were also able to honor an early check in as we were traveling a couple of hours and wanted to be able to change into our dressy clothes for the wedding we were attending the day of check in. We booked A-Lodge last minute after experiencing a blizzard in our camp spot in the mountains. We called and we booked at 7:30pm, a few minutes later we got a phone call and were upgraded to a larger suite. I felt so spoiled! Beds were comfortable and the space was clean and so cute!! A lodge came through in a pinch for sure! My bestie and I awere in town for a friends wedding and the Air B&B we had rented had a flood, and we needed a place to stay at 7am on the day of the wedding. The manager Asa was able to secure a room for us and get it ready in a jiffy to accomidate us. In addition, we had a minor issue after the wedding and he answered the call at 11pm and came right over to assist us. The room was perfect for our needs and the price was right. Everyone was so accomidating and kind. The Lyons location was perfectly located in the downtown area and everything was in walking distance. Great place! Asa was wonderful!

I stayed in one of the kitchenettes and it was very cozy. I had a few issues come up but the owners responded quickly to ensure everything was corrected. They even offered to host me at a different location but I was pleased with their problem solving. I very much enjoyed hanging out at the rock garden and appreciated that the venue closed down early so your sleep isn’t interrupted. I rented the house for my stay this time around.  It is beautifully decorated with so much character.  It has everything I needed and the private hot tub was an extra bonus. Fantastic location on Main St. Lyons.  Walking distance to food, parks and small business shopping.  Friendly and helpful management!   So happy that I could bring my pup along with me. We stayed in Motel Room #5. Our stay was short, most of the room was really nice except for the bathroom. The shower flower was disgusting, looked like mold or dirt. We had a "Welcome to Lyons" gathering at A-Lodge for family and friends in town for our daughter's wedding.  Rhea, the manager, and her staff, especially James the bartender, were super-helpful and accommodating.  Highly recommend this venue!  In addition to all the tables and stage area, they had a tent we used to cover the food tables in case of rain, yard games, a fireplace, and a sound system to use with our own Spotify playlists. I booked the Victorian home for myself and some friends pre-wedding. It was beautiful and in a great location! It's such a neat old home that has been tastefully remodeled. We couldn't quite figure out a heat source (besides the gas fireplace in the living room) so it was a little cold in the house, but everything else was perfect! They are also super pet-friendly which made it so fun to include our dog in some of the pre-wedding festivities. We booked out part of the Rock Garden (directly behind the home) for our Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party. Rhea and her team were so helpful in organizing this! A lot of our guests stayed at the A-Lodge so this made everything so convenient! I highly recommend A-Lodge, especially for those getting married in Lyons!

Location to town is excellent! Beds are comfortable. The heater did not work the night we stayed and had to use blankets from our car due to the bedding being very light in the warmth department. We rented this VRBO for my bridal party and getting ready for my wedding the following day. It was the perfect location for walking around downtown Lyons and enjoying the breweries and restaurants. The house had so many great, cozy spaces to just chill and talk. We loved the back patio! On top of it, the whole place was so clean and so charming! We also loved the big comfy beds. Nice, comfortable room for my wife and I plus our two pups. The room was very clean and organized. The location is hard to beat being near restaurants within easy walking distance. I stayed here for four nights while taking a class at the local quilt store. My room did not look anything like the pictures! The carpet was threadbare, and everything except the bed and nightstands was old. This motel advertises itself as newly renovated - I did not see any significant renovations to my unit. The worst thing was that there was a giant gap under the entry door, which allowed bugs to crawl and fly in, as well as the noise from outside. I could hear all of my neighbors' outdoor conversations, and I am still scratching the bug bites I received while staying there. On the positive side, the customer service was great (I had ability to text which was better than e-mail) and the location is also nice, right in downtown Lyons. I was really looking forward to our stay at this lodging, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointing experience. When we arrived and after unloading our belongings, we noticed that the front door lock was damaged and the wood in the door jam was missing, as if the door had been broken down before. With two tired kids after a long drive, we had to pack everything back into the car and drive to Denver to find suitable lodging. I must say, the owner was understanding and cooperative in refunding our money, but the lock situation should have been identified by whoever cleaned the unit before our arrival. It's concerning that such an obvious security issue was overlooked. When we called to report the problem, the owner's response about it being a safe neighborhood felt dismissive, as if that made the lack of a functioning lock acceptable. On a positive note, the unit itself had potential. It looked cute and seemed to have been nicely updated. However, the lack of maintenance was evident. The front landscaping was unkempt, with weeds growing onto the sidewalk. It really affected the overall curb appeal and first impression of the place. All in all, it's a shame that our stay was marred by these issues. The lodging had potential, but the owner should put more effort into both security and maintaining the property's appearance. I happened upon the A-Lodge after having some trouble with an AirBnb my family had booked. The staff were super friendly and cool about helping us book last minute. The room was very nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable. A very stressful situation led to finding this gem and I’m are glad we did. A group of us stayed here to attend a wedding, what a gem! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were super cute. The beds and the bedding were incredibly comfortable. The property was really cool and I wish we could’ve spent more time in the rock garden and enjoyed a bevy. We stayed at A-Lodge the week of my daughter's wedding, which was held just outside of Lyons. We rented the house, suite, and a motel room. The house is over-the-top amazing. It fit a family of 5 perfectly and allowed us to prepare with a few bridesmaids the morning of the wedding.  The staff were fantastic to work with and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of during our stay. The A-Lodge has food trucks, outdoor bar and biergarten which was convenient for meeting up with family and friends staying nearby.  the outdoor space was a huge plus. We could not have been happier with our stay at A lodge. EVERYTHING from check in to check out😢 was wonderful. We had a fairly large group and A lodge offered several lodging options. Perfect little place in Lyons. Could not be happier with our one night stay. The bathroom and shower are small, so take that into consideration if you may require extra space… No complaints, beer garden, music and a curry food truck that night. All on point. stayed at the Lodge and the Suite. Both are comfortable ,clean with all the personal amenities one might need. Staff are pleasant and helpful when needed. They go over and beyond to make sure your needs are met. We had a great experience.   Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.   I accidentally booked a room with the A-Lodge in Boulder,  and they were kind enough to fix my mistake and get us a lodge in Lyons at the last minute.   The lodge was perfect. Great little hotel in the heart of downtown Lyons. Easy walk to shops and restaurants and we were able to bring our little dog as well. We can’t wait to stay there again in the summer when the river is up, the beer garden is open and outdoor activities are plentiful.

A-Lodge Lyons was fantastic! That perfect combination of polished & clean while also being a little rough around the edges, friendly, and cozy. It's like that perfect piece of old barn wood in a modern updated space. Tons of character - they nailed it. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet, everything worked well, it was clean, check-in was easy. I kind of don't want to leave an awesome review so I can always get a room when I want one! Tried the FED food truck at A-Lodge yesterday. Fresh and deliciously prepared food with local ingredients only. Generous portions with lots of veggies on the side. Choice is limited although catering to young and old, with or without meat making it so much easier.

I tried to contact the owner with a phone call, email/messenger. Please be mindful this lodge is directed to the young mountain biking, beer drinking traveler. That's great unless you're in your 70s. My father walks with a cane, fell on loose gravel after being asked to park behind the lodge and throughout his stay he had to walk over hoses draped across the property. He did approach the staff letting them know he fell and the hoses were problematic. There was no apology rather a simple statement of "letting the owner know" as they were eagerly building their beer garden. Within his room, the bathroom only had a makeup mirror (I guess being hip and cute) but again as an older person maybe you want to look in a regular mirror to shave. I am not a negative person, I did try to get this issue talked about with no luck. Please see this as a warning if you want to stay here and have physical limitations.

Asa and the A lodge team are incredible hosts. Our stay was flawless and if I could live at the hotel I 100% would. Can’t wait to come back in the spring and hang out at the new lovely beer garden. Stayed A Lodge on a chilly night. So great to be able to self check-in and then walk to the Mainstage Brewing company for a beer and some pizza at Kinfolk! Room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Site was quiet and I can't wait to enjoy the beer garden next visit.

Location was perfect and within walking distance to wonderful local restaurants. Room was clean and ready for our arrival. I had an incredible, week-long stay at the A-Lodge in Lyons. They are located within walking distance of several, local restaurants, and they were very  accommodating to my sudden need for housing, as well as pet-friendly. The owner and his staff are amicable and friendly, but the most amazing aspect of this mountain-town lodge is their community event that runs Wed - Sat nights. Offering an outside bar with live music and food trucks in a garden outfitted with fire pits, comfy chairs and outdoor heaters, this place is a score for the value! Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend with the doggo and we are so glad we did! It was rainy and chilly, so we were especially grateful to have a full kitchen and lounge space when we nixed some outdoor activities! We would stay again in a heartbeat— the staff and owner were friendly, helpful, and always available; the room was clean and ready on time; WiFi was reliable and fast; dishes and some cooking necessities were on hand; they even had legitimately good coffee! You can walk to anything in town, including the park, and it was surprisingly quiet. Yes, it’s little, and no, it’s not the newest building (doesn’t bother us, plus we prefer non-generic), but it’s the perfect mix of all the amenities you could possibly want in what’s basically a cozy little apartment, it’s dog-friendly, and the staff is fantastic. As an FYI, the bathroom in our particular room was teeny and the bed was a little soft for my personal taste, but we LOVED it and plan to return.

We ended up here after our first reservation at a different hotel was canceled at the VERY last minute (got an email 15 minutes before check in, not even a call).  A frustrating situation ended up being our luck!  This was a wonderful stay, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was amazing.
