YOGA
Outdoor yoga in Boulder at the A-Lodge is a special experience that we call ADVENTURE YOGA. Check our calendar for times and sign up on eventbrite!
The Adventure Lodge has been running a series of classes of outdoor yoga in Boulder for a few years now and it has become one of the most popular events for yogis in town! When you see the location you will understand why. Imagine flowing through your Sun Salutations on lush green grass while the Fourmile Creek babbles by just feet away and all are surrounded by majestic pines. This is a yoga studio the way nature intended it to be.
The classes are taught by some of the most popular yoga teachers in Boulder, many from the Yoga Pod studio on 30th where you can catch classes with these same teachers before or after your outdoor class. Past and future teachers have included Rob Loud known for a very athletic and invigorating flow Tunde Borrego known for inversions, if getting upside down is your thing she is your teacher. Kevin Flynn teaches with authenticity and heart and Lauren Lewis brings a sense of playfulness to her practice that makes the whole experience a real joy. No matter what type of class you enjoy there is a teacher for you.
The classes are all accompanied by a live DJ making them extra fun as you rock out to great music while centering yourself in challenging poses. DJ Dan Dasana knows the yoga community well and was selected to compliment the teachers and the style of the classes.

Afterwards, we turn the music up and the dance party in the Creekside Pavilion where a food truck will be on hand to satiate the hunger you worked up on your mat. Feel free to come an hour before class to hang out by the creek and enjoy the property as well.
Bring a jacket as it does cool off up here much more than in town and schedule ahead as classes always sell out. There is paid parking on site, $5 a car, or free parking just past the turn onto Fourmile Road on Boulder Canyon Drive. This is just a few minutes walk from the property.
We will make all efforts to hold class RAIN or SHINE, including during light/moderate rain. We will be watching the forecast and radar very closely on the day of class to determine if weather will be good enough. In the event of a cancellation, a new date will be selected and tickets will be transferred. If a new date cannot be arranged tickets will be refunded.
