Housekeeper | A-Lodge Boulder
Location: Boulder, CO
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (24-48hrs per week)
The Boulder Adventure Lodge is looking for a rockstar Housekeeper to join the team!
We are a small hotel and hostel in Boulder Canyon that focuses on Boulder’s amazing adventure sports lifestyle! We are a fun and dynamic company that puts an emphasis on sharing our passion for the outdoors with our guests and contributing positively to the Boulder community.
Applicants must have a great attitude, tireless work ethic, and passion for the hospitality industry. Experience in hotels or cleaning positions is preferable. Stoke for outdoor adventure is a plus!
Role Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented, energetic individuals to join our housekeeping team. As a Housekeeper at A-Lodge, you are the backbone of the guest experience. You ensure that every room—from our cozy private rooms to our communal spaces—is a clean, welcoming sanctuary for adventurers returning from the trails.
General Responsibilities
- Room Turnover: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Staging: Ensure all guest amenities (coffee, linens, toiletries) are stocked and perfectly presented.
- Common Areas: Maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, communal kitchen, and outdoor patio spaces.
- Quality Control: Inspect rooms for any maintenance issues (burnt-out bulbs, leaky faucets) and report them to the management team.
- Efficiency: Complete assigned rooms within the designated timeframe while maintaining A-Lodge’s high standards.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for the duration of a shift.

- Passion for the Outdoors: While not required, an appreciation for the Boulder lifestyle makes you a great fit for our culture!

Compensation
Based on comparable Housekeeping roles in the greater Boulder, CO market and adjusted for a small, family-owned lodge:
- Pay: $18-20/hr DOE
